Fifty Shades is a painter-owned residential painting company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We started because too many homeowners had lived through rough finishes, sloppy lines, and rushed jobs — and we knew it could be done better.

Not only did Stephanie do a wonderful job on our exterior mahogany front doors, including sanding the entire set of doors to bare wood, meticulously cleaning grooves and crevices before a staining and a triple coat of varnish, but she also tracked down an obsolete threshold seal and replaced it creating a “better than new” set of double doors. Extremely conscientious, prompt, thorough, reliable but also the neatest and cleanest woodwork I’ve ever had. I highly recommend for those of you that are perfectionist like me…two thumbs up.
